YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics4 years of experience in Chemical Processing or Operations Required.
WE VALUEExperience in crystallization, specifically in battery electrolyte manufacturing.Experience with instrumentation, data acquisition and control system software is a plusAdditional experience in fluorocarbon manufacturing will be considered as a plus.Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.Utilization of Six Sigma tools for process optimization.Knowledge of 5S standardization systems a plus.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with peers, operating and maintenance staff.
