By supporting research across all of Cornell University's colleges and schools, and partnering with governmental, non-governmental, and private entities, Cornell Atkinson directly supports the radical collaboration necessary to transform knowledge and research to action.

We invite proposals from talented, creative scholars for the

Cornell Atkinson Postdoctoral Fellowship in Sustainability . Up to four fellows will be selected for a three-year, 12-month fellowship that allows promising next generation scholars to work with a Cornell faculty member in any school or department, together with an external partner organization, to conduct research that shows significant promise for impactful application to sustainability in one of Cornell Atkinson's four priority areas: climate, energy, food, and health. Fellows must identify their prospective Cornell faculty mentor and external partner prior to applying. Letters of reference must be submitted by the same date as the proposal deadline. Fellows will begin between June 1 and September 1, 2025, and must have received their PhD no earlier than two years prior to the start of the fellowship (for 2025 fellows, no earlier than May 1, 2023).
