Are you looking to make a significant difference by contributing to explore a clinical utility of diffusion magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) biomarkers in neurodegeneration research and therapies? We are seeking an ambitious post-doctoral scientist with strong research and communication skills to contribute to highly visible research projects. Your work will contribute to the development of novel clinical diffusion MRI analysis methodologies and MRI endpoint interpretations with applications to neurodegeneration research and therapies. In this role, you will:Design and implement customized diffusion MRI methodologies, leveraging novel and standard methodologies.Assess diffusion MRI endpoints to further our understanding of disease pathology.Partner with internal research and clinical (medical, operations, statistics) teams as well as external partners to support the validation of diffusion MRI biomarkers and their applications in therapeutic development.Identify areas of key need across neurodegeneration clinical development and champion creative solutions to address those needs.Maintain external awareness and learning to benefit the organization.Communicate, present, and publish conference abstracts and manuscripts.Basic Qualifications:

PhD in discipline related to clinical MRI analysis.Additional Skills/Preferences:

Expertise in clinical brain diffusion MR image processing, analysis, and interpretation.Self-directed and highly motivated individual who wants to learn new techniques while continually pursuing research and publication goals.Excellent communicator (oral and written) with presentation experience, along with a strong publication record.Proficient in clinical neurodegeneration data analysis and reporting.Familiar with brain diffusion MRI acquisition and processing protocols.Experienced with programming, developing and customizing image analysis software codes.Additional Information:

This position is not permanent. It is for a fixed duration of two years with potential to extend to 3 years. You will have opportunities to apply for full time positions after your duration is complete.
