is required to be considered for this position.ResponsibilitiesUse statistical data, measures of performance (MOP) data, calibration, and operational preparation of the environment information to apply scientific rigor to determining measures of effectiveness (MOE) and platform efficiency.Work closely with intelligence analysts, operators, and telecommunication industry experts to help modify TTP.Develop methodologies to analyze data, perform network characterization, and brief results as needed in support of situational awareness and post-mission effectiveness assessments for operations, exercises, testing, and training.Provide network and target behavior insight to planners and operators for target status assessments and TTP employment.Assist the Government with identifying situational awareness and post-mission effectiveness assessment requirements and their priorities.Assist the Government in situational awareness and post-mission effectiveness solutions and implementation details.Document real-world engagement of cyber weapons effects using the kinetic Munitions Effectiveness Manual methodologies.Provide electronic versions and additional paper copies for Government review of situational awareness documents/efforts as required.Provide OJT to other contractors, military, and/or civilian personnel, and maintain continuity folders/working aids to ensure efficient transition when personnel rotate.Assist the Government with identifying additional data points to collect to answer operational questions.Transform collected data into formats and values necessary for further advanced analysis.Write code using the Python programming language to prepare data for analysis by other systems and to generate insights using modern statistical and machine learning techniques.Assist the Government with articulating analytical findings using statistically rigorous methods and language.Minimum Qualifications / Requirements5-7 years of progressively responsible Data Scientist support experience in cyber and enterprise IT operations.5-7 years supporting DoD/AF organizations.Must have sufficient technical knowledge to understand cyber capabilities, target vulnerabilities, and effects.Must be proficient in Python programming.Certification:IAT Level IIClearance:Active Top Secret SCI – CI PolygraphMust be a US Citizen and pass a background check.Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC's Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
