Our Hotel puts you in the heart of the city’s downtown.Key Elements of the Job:Exceptional proficiency in all Spa Attendant tasks, including answering phones, booking appointments, checking guests in and out of the facility, and completing all shift reports and paperwork.Daily communication to all Spa staff regarding daily/upcoming events through use of daily briefings, pass-on logs, memos, or any other means necessary.Responsible for the training of all new Spa Attendants according to the requirements of the Spa and HR.Updating the Spa Attendant training manual, procedures, and new hire testing on a quarterly basis.Continual re-training of Spa Attendants in areas that become apparent by creating action plans to correct Attendant challenges.Monitoring Spa Attendant performance and assisting with information gathering for performance reviews.Implementing new procedures for Spa Attendants to improve productivity and service delivery.Proactively monitoring the books to ensure reservations are complete and correct.Strategic booking practices regarding productivity and room utilization during peak hours.Assisting Spa Director with group bookings and correspondence.Complying with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.Working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.Preferred Qualifications and Skills:At least 2 years of experience in a Spa setting.Previous exposure to Book4Time or similar Spa Program.Strong command of the English language (multi-lingual preferred).Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.An ability to navigate between engaging employees and handling complex administrative tasks.What to Expect from Your Work Experience:Be part of a cohesive team focused on creating the best possible guest experience.Have the ability to demonstrate your unique personality and service style while achieving brand standards.Be encouraged to demonstrate your professional passion.Have career growth opportunities within Four Seasons Hotel Seattle and worldwide.Receive an hourly rate of $25.75, as well as a comprehensive benefit plan.Get to experience other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts through the complimentary room nights program.Receive a complimentary meal when at work in our employee restaurant.Learn more about our property and what it is like to work at Four Seasons by visiting:
