Job Description:

The Membership Manager is responsible for overseeing membership sales, facility tours, and member retention. This individual will also be responsible for coaching classes weekly.

Responsibilities include:

Creating an environment that motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals.

Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting members and guests with the appropriate resources.

Having a growth mindset and being part of a high-performing and understanding team.

Being a positive spark, maintaining professionalism while valuing personal connections.

Thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and keeping our members happy.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Supporting an exceptional new member onboarding experience.

Achieving self-generated lead targets each month.

Managing the pipeline of leads to drive conversions.

Hitting monthly new member growth goals.

Maintaining a clean, well-maintained, and safe gym environment.

Delivering an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members.

Coaching Responsibilities & Duties:

Must have group training experience (or demonstrate potential).

1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer (or willingness to learn).

Availability for plenty of hours, including weekends.

Character, care, and communication skills.

Understanding of functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate-focused training programs.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Knowledge of social media usage (Instagram and Facebook).

Required to be active and engaged during workouts.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience preferred.

Excellent customer service skills.

Motivated and passionate about health and fitness.

Positive and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Comfortable learning new software (e.g., MindBody and Loyalsnap).

Nationally accredited current fitness certification (e.g., NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA).

Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.

Flexible work from home options available.
