Geologist

A leading engineering firm is looking for a geologist in Denver, CO!The primary duties of this position include a range of scientific, monitoring, and testing services for a variety of environmental projects at locations such as landfills, industrial facilities, power stations, abandoned and operating mines, and communities impacted by emerging contaminants (e.g. PFAS). This position requires a versatile professional that is eager to learn and values the opportunity for professional development through a variety of project assignments.Required Skills & ExperienceGeology or Environmental science degree3-5 years of experience conducting environmental investigations including groundwater monitoring well installation and sampling, drilling and rock coring oversight, borehole logging and soil sampling.Ability/desire to spend up to 80-100% of time in the field at project sites throughout Colorado and occasionally outside of Colorado.
