Job Overview:
An opportunity exists for a Trial Attorney to join a growing in-house counsel practice in Dallas, Texas. This position focuses on insurance defense and requires handling cases from inception to trial, providing superior service to clients within a hybrid work environment.Location:Duties:Manage a caseload independently, from answer to trial.Prepare and present cases in court.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the litigation process.Collaborate with colleagues and participate in a learning culture.Leverage technology for case management and courtroom presentations.Requirements:Active license to practice law in Texas, with good standing in the bar.Insurance defense experience, preferably with 1st or 2nd chair trial experience.Strong work ethic and organizational skills.Strong written and oral communication abilities.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Excellent academic credentials.Certifications:Skills:Proficiency in automation and technology for legal proceedings.Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.Mock trial or trial advocacy experience for new graduates is required.Company Info:BCG Attorney Search10777 Westheimer, Suite 1100Houston, TexasUnited States 77042Phone:
