We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team. As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet events, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. If you have a passion for hospitality and strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
Coordinate and oversee all banquet events, including setup, execution, and breakdown.Train and supervise banquet staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service.Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.Assist in menu planning and event coordination.Manage event timelines and ensure all activities run smoothly.Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Banquet Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Micros POS preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Exceptional customer service skills.Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we invite you to apply for the position of Banquet Captain.
