A law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Of Counsel for their Sacramento office.Job Overview:The Employment Litigation Of Counsel will defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims, advise and counsel employers on employment and labor law issues, and represent employers in various legal proceedings.Duties:Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency chargesAdvise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issuesRepresent employers in court, arbitration, administrative agencies, and mediations in employment mattersHandle class/collective actions and cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, contract disputes, employment torts, and non-compete agreementsPreferably, possess experience with class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claimsSupervise associate and paralegal work, including delegating assignments and providing feedbackMaintain an in-depth understanding of current agency procedures at both state and federal levelsDemonstrate excellent written and oral communication skillsPay close attention to detail and uphold a commitment to excellenceManage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPossess strong organizational, time management, and project management skillsRequirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentialsCurrent California Bar admission in good standing9+ years of experience in employment litigation, with significant experience managing and running litigation cases in a first-chair capacitySkills:Supervisory experienceIn-depth understanding of employment laws and regulationsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAttention to detail and commitment to excellenceAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational, time management, and project management skillsExperience:9+ years of experience in employment litigation, with significant experience managing and running litigation cases in a first-chair capacityCompany infoBCG Attorney Search1750 Montgomery St Fl 1San FranciscoCaliforniaUnited States 94111Phone :
