Our mission to provide liquidity, stability, and affordability to the U.S. housing market in all economic conditions extends to all communities from coast to coast.The Enterprise Operations & Technology (EO&T) Risk Governance Team provides risk management support to the EO&T division at Freddie Mac. We work closely with all three lines of defense, and business partners on a series of risk governance and reduction activities. You will evaluate application of risk and use expertise to support leadership with our top priorities. Apply now and learn why there’s #MoreAtFreddieMac!Our Impact:Partner with our IT Collaborators to govern and manage risks and controls associated with IT operational processes.Provide transparency of risk exposures through implementing sound reporting for risk-based decision making.Perform gap assessments, risk assessments on risks and controls, and advise on effective remediation, driving issues to closure.Your Impact:Support EO&T’s compliance with foundational risk policies and standard and provide support for enterprise policy lifecycle management.Support issue management/remediation and transparency of related risk exposure by recording and maintaining issues in BWise.Support the BWise change request process.Facilitate divisional gap assessments.Prepare presentations on risks, trends and internal controls for IT risk leadership, risk oversight as needed.Qualifications:3-5 years of operational risk management related professional experience including risk, control, and policy and standard compliance. site.This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $81,000 - $121,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
