November 1, 2024DetailsSurgical OncologistThe Division of Surgical Oncology, Department of Surgery at the University of Utah School of Medicine, Huntsman Cancer Institute is recruiting a surgical oncologist with a specialty interest in melanoma, other skin cancers, and sarcoma. The applicant should be at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The track will be commensurate with experience, but Clinical Track is preferred. The appropriate individual will be invested in the cutaneous oncology multidisciplinary clinical (melanoma clinical) program, education, and research. Completion of fellowship training in Surgical Oncology is required.The University of Utah, Huntsman Cancer Institute sees the highest rate, per capita, of melanomas in the United States and has a well-established multidisciplinary clinical and research team invested in the treatment and prevention of melanoma.The University of Utah, Huntsman Cancer Institute in an NIH NCI designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, ranked in the US News Best Cancer Hospitals ranking, in addition to the University of Utah ranking top 10 for 13 years in a row in the prestigious Vizient Quality and Accountability Ranking.Interested applicants should apply at:
