The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a short-term transitional role that provides both work assignments and training opportunities to prepare MITs for promotion into Retail/Commercial Store Management positions. Progression to a management position may occur within approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on prior experience and performance.ResponsibilitiesOverall store retail/commercial management, supervision, and policy implementationFinancial management – manage, analyze and reconcile monthly P&L statementsEmployee staffing, training, and developmentInventory managementCustomer service leadershipAs a member of the management team, an MIT will be expected to Live The Pledge, deliver WOW! Customer Service, and drive store execution and performance.
