Additionally, a minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on experience in industrial construction, particularly in wastewater treatment facilities, is crucial for overseeing complex projects successfully. Strong project organization skills are essential, along with effective communication abilities to liaise with on-site teams and stakeholders effectively. A strong commitment to maintaining quality standards and delivering exceptional customer service will be key in ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
