About the role:

In a Development Management role, your skills will be at the core of changing the way the world pays, banks and invests. You'll plan and manage application development and client delivery activities that range from small and simple software applications, to components of large and complex software applications.

About the team:

What you will be doing:

Designing and developing applications while managing the full software development lifecycle.

Performing product design, bug verification and beta support.

Working as a manager with responsibility for hiring, firing, performance appraisals and pay reviews.

Identifying and allocating technical resources and forecasting resource needs.

What you will need:

The ability to lead a team effectively under pressure.

Experience interacting with executive level clients.

A background analyzing client's business needs and determining support.

A bachelor's in computer science or the equivalent experience.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $105,070.00 - $176,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
