Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Provide individualized behavior therapy services to clientsProvide ongoing training, consultation and support to school professionals on implementation of ABA strategies and techniquesCollect and analyze data to monitor client progress and make data-driven decisionsCollaborate with other professionals and families to support the overall treatment plan and student developmentMinimum Requirements:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationExperience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilitiesStrong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
