Staff Civil/Environmental Engineer
to support civil/site infrastructure, solid waste, and environmental remediation projects.Projects will focus on solid waste facility siting, design, and permitting, and may also include general civil and geotechnical design, stormwater design, closure and redevelopment, environmental remediation, and regulatory compliance.Key responsibilities:Assisting project managers and collaborating with team membersUnderstanding regulatory requirementsCollecting and analyzing dataReviewing plans and specificationsPreparing engineering calculations and supporting analysesWriting reportsDeveloping scopes and budgetsAttending client meetingsJob Reference:
STCH-CEE-424Required Qualifications:Bachelors of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, or related field0-5 years of previous work experience in solid waste management, site/civil, and stormwater designAbility to work on multidisciplinary project work in a team environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsSelf-starter and problem solverExcellent organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, AutoCAD, HydroCAD, ArcGIS software, and/or other engineering softwareBe eligible to work in the United StatesPossess a valid driver’s licenseBenefits:
