1We are looking for you to join our team as a Cross Domain Solutions Systems Engineer based in Orlando, FL.What You'll get to Do:The Cross Domain Solutions Systems Engineer will perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline with 12 years of experience / 10 years with Masters / 8 years with PhDAbility to obtain and maintain DoD Secret ClearanceExperience developing/testing requirements for Multi-Level Security (MLS) Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) applicationsExperience with implementing NSA Raise the Bar (RTB) standards and requirementsExperience with DOORSExperience with Interface Control Document developmentExperience developing and maintaining comprehensive test plansExperience with system functional and non-functional testingExperience translating both business and technical requirements into testable scenariosExperience documenting processes and proceduresHands on experience developing and performing real-time executable mission plansPreferred Qualifications:Active Secret DoD security clearanceExperience working on Agile programs and methodologyWorking knowledge of Linux, network security, application security, security assessments/testing, industry, and DoD security best practicesExperience providing development and enhancement of security engineering inputs to systems engineering documentation, security authorization packages, and research & development reportsExperience with the Risk Management Framework (NIST SP 800-53)Experience supporting cyber vulnerability assessmentsExperience configuring and using ACAS vulnerability scannerExperience with automated testing frameworks such as Eggplant and Microsoft Testing FrameworkCurrent DoD 8570 Certification IAT Level II or higher (Security+, CISSP, etc.) or ability to obtain one within 6 monthsDemonstrated experience using Bash or similar scripting languages to automate tasksExperience with Software Configuration Management tools such as Git, StashExperience with Continuous Integration Technologies such as Jenkins, BambooFamiliarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)Salary Range:
$142,500 - $213,700The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
