To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!ResponsibilitiesCompile data, analyze it, and turn it into products that Program Managers can use to make decisions.Use statistical methods to collect, analyze and report data pertaining to worldwide protection services, local guard, bodyguard, and surveillance detection programs, including budget and contractual initiatives.Compile, manage and analyze large datasets from multiple structured and unstructured sources to create integrated views for decision-making.Evaluate the statistical methods and procedures used to obtain data and implement improvements.Analyze and interpret quantitative data, ensuring validity, applicability, efficiency, and accuracy.Recommend/implement solutions for identified opportunities or gaps.Extract and process data for statistical modeling and graphic analysis, identifying relations and trends.Evaluate sources of information for reliability and usability.Consult with internal customers to develop analysis that leads to actionable insights.Prioritize and provide ad hoc data analysis for product/business requests.Design and build reports, dashboards and present analysis results using various data visualization tools.Participate in process management reviews, collaborating with program teams to define data solutions.QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or other quantitative discipline); OR four (4) years of specialized experience in statistics and data analysis with large datasets.Developed communicative skills, ability to present confidently at all levels.Advanced analytics and data visualization presentation skills.Experience designing and building reports in multiple tools.Experience with enterprise data warehouses.Knowledgeable in software development and understanding of programming languages.Knowledgeable in building data sets, data models and predictive engines.Ability to present statistical analysis to non-technical users in a relevant format.The SA shall possess a Secret clearance.Travel:
