Key Responsibilities:
As the Center Based Manager, you will:
Lead with Excellence:
Set high standards for care and adhere to BACB professional and ethical standards.
Develop Tailored Interventions:
Craft evidence-based intervention plans specific to each child’s needs.
Team Leadership:
Train, manage, and retain a team of Behavior Technicians, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide top-quality care.
Collaborate Effectively:
Work with families and other service providers to ensure consistent and effective interventions.
Behavioral Assessments:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to guide intervention strategies.
Family Engagement:
Involve parents in the ABA therapy process to improve client outcomes.
Quality Control:
Review RBT session notes daily for content and accuracy.
Direct Involvement:
Attend the first session of every client with an RBT present.
Mission and Values Promotion:
Advocate for Majestic Care’s mission and assist in pursuing collaborative opportunities within the community.
Continuous Learning:
Attend scheduled meetings and trainings to stay updated on best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
Certification:
Active BCBA certification from the BACB, with at least 1 year of BCBA experience.
Clear Background Check:
Must pass all required background checks.
Certifications:
Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to assume and maintain various postures for extended periods and manage challenging behaviors.
Transportation:
Reliable transportation is required.
