at MVW, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories.Where great benefits lead to a life fulfilled.Competitive PayCredit Union MembershipTuition ReimbursementProfessional Counseling & Family SupportGrowth and Development OpportunitiesSite Specific Perks:Free on-site parkingComplimentary soft drinks, coffee, and teaCompany branded hats and t-shirts for outdoor associatesDiscounts to onsite food outletsDiscounted theme park tickets and rental carsCommunity service opportunitiesAs a Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor, a typical day will include:Inspecting storage areas for organization, use of First In First Out (FIFO), and cleanliness, rectifying any deficiencies.Completing inventories (e.g., opening inventory) of supplies, food, and liquor; checking stock, and requisitioning necessary supplies.Leading shifts and supervising associates as scheduled.Monitoring dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.Assisting other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.Ensuring associates are trained in company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.Collaborating with management to formally recognize hourly associates' performance contributions.Assisting in hourly duties as needed to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction.Guest Experience and Company Standards:Welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating and addressing their needs.Interacting with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.Contributing to team goals.Following company policies and safety procedures.Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period. Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
