Rutgers University invites applications for Lecturer PTL teaching positions in the Department of Applied Psychology for the Fall, Spring, and Summer Semesters. The position entails teaching masters and doctoral level psychology, personnel and organizational psychology, and applied behavior analysis courses. Candidates will assume primary responsibility for developing or refining course syllabi, presenting high quality lectures, running class discussions and other teaching activities, and evaluating students based on course expectations and program-wide competencies. Lecturers are expected to adhere to high quality instructional practices that integrate multiple modalities and approaches, such as whole class lecture, small group activities, videos, role playing, etc.Position Status:

Doctoral level training in psychology or equivalent, with mastery of content areas needed for instruction. Master’s level training with extensive professional experience will be considered.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
