JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products
Operate instruments in the laboratory that are necessary to complete tasks utilizing SOPs and work instructions, both general and customer-specific
Support daily management by driving to root cause and suggesting countermeasures
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
US High School diploma or GED
Proficiency with computer skills with the ability to accurately use SOPs and work instructions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree and life sciences laboratory experience
Ability to perform under stress when confronted with emergent, critical, or unusual situations in which working speed and sustained attention are make-or-break aspects of the job
Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
