to join our Public Safety team of our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. What will you be doing?Ensure all security personnel functions are being properly completed by the departmentEnsure that all personnel are properly assigned at all timesReview all reports completed by security officers to ensure accuracy and timely submissionMaintain a good relationship with all departments in the hotelReport all observed hotel property deficiencies and safety hazardsEnsure that a thorough and complete investigation and report is made on incidents incurred by guests and associatesResponsible for guest room surveillance in conjunction with Security DirectorEnsure that all phases of the key control program are maintained and any discrepancies noted are investigated thoroughly and reported to the Security DirectorEnsure all security equipment (walkie-talkies, radios, cameras, etc.) is kept clean and in good working conditionMonitor all traffic in the lobby area and restaurant, restrooms, garage area, and room service area to control non-guest and/or associate accessReport all associates using unauthorized hotel entrance/exits when reporting to or leaving work to the Security DirectorPatrol all areas and be a visible deterrentWhat do you bring to the role?Previous experience in a security role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Experience in a supervisory role highly desired.Knowledge of local laws and ordinances.Must have a customer service mentality.Must pass MVR background check.WARNING:
