Job DescriptionWe are looking for a security officer for an entry-level position. The ideal candidate must be disciplined, operate with complete integrity and respect, have manners, and be self-aware of their actions. They must be able to work as a team, be a hard worker, have self-drive, and be committed to the mission of the job. The ideal candidate will take their role as a security officer seriously, be punctual, presentable, and show excellent performance. Any training on arrest and detention, medical, CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray, or military experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of perimeter checks on construction sites is also desirable.Job Title:

Uniforms are provided by Dinasty Security, consisting of long/short sleeve shirt, wind-breaker, pants, and company hat.Equipment:
Equipment that you must obtain within a month of employment includes:Duty BeltHandcuffs with handcuffs holderFlashlight with flashlight holderTactical security boots or patrol shoes (black)Security BadgeJob Duties:Access Control: Screen & Register all incoming visitorsPerform hourly patrols Walking/DetexSecure/Guard facility and other designated areasObserve: Remain alert, look out for any suspicious activityReport: Create Incident Reports and Notify management team of any incidentsLog in/out visitors, vendors, contractors, construction companiesCustomer Service: Provide manners and respect at all times.Work as a team memberEnsure all gates and locks are secured and lockedPrevent trespassers from entering private propertyCommunicate with the client for reportsReport daily activity logs and serious incident logsProtect and provide safety to the propertySkills/Qualifications:Strong communication skillsSurveillance/Reporting SkillsPunctual, Reliable, RespectfulCustomer Service skillsBilingual preferableSituational awarenessCPR/BLS trained or open to trainingPepper spray trained or open to trainingRequirements:Must be able to work in the U.SMust be 18 years or olderMust be able to lift 15-20 lbsMust be able to walk/stand for the entirety of the shiftBilingual (Preferred)Must pass pre-employment background checkReliable TransportationLicense:
