is seeking a Senior Director of Development. This is a full-time, exempt position located in Jacksonville, FL. A vital member of the senior leadership team, this position plays a crucial role in advancing the agency’s mission to provide compassionate social services and support to individuals and families in need throughout the Jacksonville community. The position develops, implements, and monitors a comprehensive fundraising plan to expand philanthropic support of the organization including identifying and strengthening relationships with community stakeholders, actively pursuing and managing corporate and individual leads, fostering strong donor and sponsor stewardship, and seeking, applying for and managing grant funding.
