$25.00 - $29.00/hrQualifications and Responsibilities:Logistics background for admin support for training initiativesCoordinate in-class and online trainingsStrong Outlook experience in a fast-paced environment (shared mailbox managed by multiple coordinators)Excel proficiency - pivot tables and VLOOKUPsWebex proficiency – holds/resumes, breakout rooms, monitoring chatsCornerstone (LMS) – company uses a customized version of thisCustomer service oriented backgroundFamiliarity with SurveyMonkeyDegree in HRL&D in training space experience (can sit in operations or training space)Responsibilities include calendar invites, coordinating communications to registered participants, pre- and post-work with participants, providing participants with learning hours, participant registrationsNote: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
