Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of a
Security Site Supervisor .Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer.Act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers.Supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.Qualifications/Requirements:Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.Must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen.Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative technology.Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.Capably utilize scheduling and billing software for effective business management.Enforce Contract Standards.Administer site safety programs.Prepared to participate in unemployment hearings.Enforce Allied Universal's policies.Able to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and stand or walk for long periods.Closing
