Monday - Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Rotating Saturdays.Required Travel:

Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required.Education:
Completion of Master's level program in specialty area.Certification:
BLS/CPR certification required.Experience:
