Leverage your consultative sales experience to strengthen the success of Esri technology with our customers. An energetic and resourceful individual is needed to drive strategic conversations with all levels of contacts promoting and securing training solutions. Your partnership with the account team will result in Esri customers being more efficient and empowered to fully take advantage of ArcGIS.Responsibilities

Work as an individual contributor utilizing available resources to achieve sales targetProactively seek out training opportunities from a current customer base by consulting with government or B2B organizations to clearly understand their needsWork with customers who have shown an interest in training and servicesProactively craft and propose solutions that clarify how Esri training, services, and staff development bring business value to address each customer's critical business goals and challengesRepresent and communicate the value of training and service to both internal and external Esri customersContribute to a total package solution as you partner with teams across EsriAchieve measurable success by using your consultative skills to effectively manage the sales cycle from discovery to closeLeverage your networking skills at Esri events and elsewhere to expand your customer contacts and support the overall mission of helping Esri customers be successfulRequirements

5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably government or B2BDirect work-related experience in or familiarity with the organizations and operations of the government communitiesDemonstrated ability to be creative in the consultative sales processExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel as needed, up to 20% of the timeUS citizenship and willingness to obtain a clearanceBachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldRecommended Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExperience in government communitiesExperience with Esri productsExcellent prioritization and management of several opportunities at onceMaster's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
