Join our team today and start building your career with a worldwide leader.As a Forklift Product Support Field Representative, you will provide product, technical support, and training for company forklift trucks. Responsible for growth within National Accounts service groups, warranty analysis, and troubleshooting in the field.Your job will involve working with Dealer Accounts to analyze and review their service components and elevate them through training and support of the products in the field. You will provide more than technical advice; you will work with Dealer Accounts service groups on product warranty and service management. You will triage warranty claims at the Dealer Accounts level, resolving solutions from the time of claim initiation until processing and closure via the service call center.Role & Responsibility

• Provide product support for company manufactured forklifts within assigned territory.• Support internal departments with service-related inquiries or projects.• Conduct training to support Dealer Accounts service representatives.• Enter all relevant calls into the Service Call Center.• Follow up on all territory issues on a weekly basis.• File weekly report detailing activities to the general manager.• Review all high dollar warranty claims with the warranty department.• Provide updated technical information to Dealer Accounts.• Communicate via message system to all internal partners.Job Requirement

• Education Requirement: High School Diploma (or GED or equivalent); or 5-10 years related experience and/or training in Lift Trucks; or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Travel Required: Travel as needed to support Dealer Accounts within assigned territory (up to 70%). Travel may be with or without advanced notice.• Knowledge and Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.• Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.• Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Physical Demands
