About the Job
As an Engineering Technician, you’ll play a hands-on role in accelerating the development of Anthro’s revolutionary battery technology. You will assemble and test novel battery cells across a wide range of applications. You will work on projects across different industries, applications, and cell chemistries. You will help Anthro deliver on our internal technical milestones and external customer projects.
What you will do
Build lithium ion battery cells in a variety of shapes, sizes, and chemistries.
Test lithium ion batteries using standard test protocols
Document activities and productivity using digital tools
Troubleshoot issues with cell assembly and testing
Communicate with the Anthro team to determine most critical projects and experiments
Follow protocols to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workplace
Work in-person, on-site at Anthro’s lab in San Jose
Requirements
Technical professional or new-grad with experience in laboratory work environments
Excited about hands-on work
Capable of repeated tasks requiring fine motor skills
Detail oriented, organized, and efficient
Comfortable managing multiple work streams and projects
Eager to learn new skills
