Manhattan, New YorkA family in Tribeca needs to hire a highly experienced Housekeeper who can take charge of the upkeep and maintenance of their 6,000 square foot home three days a week and their neighbor’s apartment two days a week. Responsibilities include:Deep cleaningLaundry (mostly folding, ironing, washing of sheets and towels)Household organizing (maintaining the tidiness of bedroom closets, shelves, and drawers)Pet care when needed (feed, walk, potential vet visit if needed and dog walker unavailable)Household errands and dealing with service providersDeveloping a weekly schedule for cleaning of sheets, towels, dusting of shelves, drawers, refrigerator and freezer, inside of all closets/pantry, and perimeter of home dustingThe schedule is: 10am-6pm Mon-Fri, with occasional evenings on Fridays to help with big family/friend dinners. Flexibility will be required to travel to the Hamptons on occasion during July and August. Salary: $45-50/hour. Immediate start.
