Assistant Professor: Sustainability, Rochester Institute of Technology, New York

Location : Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, USAWe are particularly looking for candidates whose research is collaborative, complements but does not duplicate expertise of existing core faculty, and applies systems-based approaches to sustainability challenges in areas such as circular economy, sustainable manufacturing, sustainable materials management, food systems/organic waste, energy systems, and transportation systems.Teaching Requirements : The teaching requirements are two graduate courses a year: one core course in the MS and PhD curriculum and one elective in the faculty’s area of interest. The candidate is expected to bring in external research funding to support multiple PhD students.
