This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment where your expertise will directly support the Warfighter, enhance operational effectiveness, and contribute to the broader mission of national security.We value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:Base salary of $110,000.Relocation assistance to help you transition smoothly to Yuma.A signing bonus to welcome you to our team.Annual performance-based raises to reward your hard work and dedication.A completion of contract bonus to recognize your commitment to our mission.Competitive 401(k) plan with company matching to help you plan for your future.Generous paid time off and paid holidays to ensure a healthy work-life balance.Comprehensive health insurance options, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.If you are passionate about making a difference and ready to take on a leadership role in energy management, we invite you to be part of our dedicated team at FEDITC.Responsibilities:Serve as the Resource Energy Manager (REM) at Yuma Proving Grounds.Provide ancillary energy expertise and support to Fort Carson, CO, Dugway Proving Grounds, UT, and the Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).Develop and implement energy conservation and resiliency measures and projects.Conduct energy audits and analysis to identify opportunities for energy savings.Collaborate with facility managers and engineering staff to promote energy efficiency.Provide training and awareness programs on energy management.Prepare detailed reports on energy usage and savings.Ensure compliance with federal energy regulations and standards.Maintain applicable certifications and security authorizations.Other support duties as needed/directed.QualificationsExperience/Skills:Strong background in energy management, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.Knowledge of energy conservation measures, energy audits, and energy management systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in energy management software and tools.Education:Bachelor's degree in engineering, energy management, or a related field.Advanced degree preferred.Certifications:Certified Energy Manager (CEM) preferred, or willingness to obtain CEM certification within six months of employment (company will cover certification costs).Clearance:Must be a US Citizen with ability to pass a federal background investigation needed to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DOD) issued common access card (CAC).FEDITC, LLC. is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment.
