GovCIO is currently hiring for a

Senior Training Specialist

to support our client’s contract needs. This position is located in San Antonio and will be a fully remote position.ResponsibilitiesCreate and develop distance learning using multimedia development tools.Edit documents using a set of vetted guidelines.Collaborate with a creative, synergetic team.Provide subject matter knowledge to other teams.Produce professional quality work within tight deadlines and evolving priorities.Partner with other subject matter experts to obtain information, validate content, and evaluate the effectiveness of course delivery.Utilize training tools and technologies to deliver cutting edge design solutions.Facilitating and coordinating the development of training materials.QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 6 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)Required Skills and ExperienceA minimum of 6 years of experience specifically in a training development role.Clearance Required:

Must have current AOUSC Public Trust.Preferred Skills and ExperienceExperience training adult learners in the field of Probation and Pretrial Services.Knowledge and good understanding of the Probation and Pretrial Services Automated Case Tracking System (PACTS).Work and interact with others in a team environment.Accuracy and attention to detail and good organizational skills.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).Company OverviewGovCIO is a team of transformers--people who are passionate about transforming government IT. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process.Posted Salary RangeUSD $71,150.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
