ResponsibilitiesQUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent required with at least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
College course work in related field helpful.
Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service-oriented manner.
Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
Ensure communication with each owner when needed.
Plan work schedules to ensure adequate service (Engineering) and appropriate staffing levels according to business levels.
Assist with daily paperwork as needed.
Maintain a professional attitude and environment at all times.
Other duties as assigned by Manager which could be directly related or unrelated to original position.

Designed as Boston’s first Art Deco “skyscraper,” The Dagny Boston occupies the former Batterymarch Building, fresh from a $39 million renovation across 403 guest rooms and 7,000 square ft of flexible meeting and event space. The hotel features two onsite restaurants, Fin Point Oyster Bar & Grill and Tradesman Coffee Shop & Lounge, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring Technogym and Peloton equipment.
