Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)
The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:
Installation and maintenance of tires and wheelsRepairing, rotating, and inflating tiresAttaching and rebalancing wheelsInstalling/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMSWashing tires and wheelsTesting and installing batteriesUsing and maintaining equipmentAssisting other employeesTest driving vehiclesOperating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road servicesProviding excellent customer servicePromoting store salesUsing the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customersExperience:

Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills; ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.Pay and Benefits:
