Do you have a passion for helping others, but aren’t sure where to start? We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide much needed therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. The BCBA will provide intensive treatment for children diagnosed with an Autism spectrum disorder by creating effective therapy programs, supervising a team of Behavior Technicians, collaborating with specialty providers, and monitoring caseloads.

You will enjoy flexible scheduling, 11 paid holidays, and generous PTO.200-hour caseloads with only 26 billable hour minimumEmployee Assistance Program and DiscountsHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance for eligible employees401K with Employer Match and Flexible Spending Accounts for eligible employeesEmployer-paid Short Term Disability Benefits for eligible employeesVoluntary Long Term Disability and Life Insurance Benefits for eligible employeesDuties/Responsibilities:Support a team of Behavior Technicians by supervising clinical duties and providing feedback on the implementation of therapy procedures in both in-home and clinic-based settingsPromote professional relationships between staff and parentsServe as point-of-contact for families regarding progress, challenges, and specific interventionsProvide training to families on client-specific goalsProvide coordination of care with schools and other professionals on client-specific mattersCreate and maintain current client programming, data analysis, assessments, and programmatic changesAssist in the development of creative and effective parent-training programsCreate, maintain, and implement training procedures for new and veteran team membersConduct initial assessments for new clientsComplete and develop behavior intervention plansComplete functional analysis and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)Manage a caseload of clients receiving behavior analytic services based on the needs of the clinicConduct regular assessments for active clientsFollow BPI guidelines for new program implementation (material creation and staff training)Complete paperwork, phone calls, and/or peer-to-peer reviews necessary for insurance authorizations for new and ongoing servicesCover direct 1:1 sessions as neededConduct appropriate supervision based on BACB guidelines, including collection and maintaining records of all superviseesConduct team meetings with staff, clients, and families as neededGenerate regular summary reports and goalsProvide verbal feedback and document competency observations/training each month for Behavior TechniciansParticipate in meetings as assignedMaintain HIPAA compliant recordsAdhere to and promote professional standards of conduct per BACB ethical guidelinesParticipate in ongoing training as assignedComplete accurate and timely documentation for session summaries that reflect goal progressionProvide behavior analytic consultation for schools or other private institutions as assignedPrioritize and deliver optimal levels of authorized client services, including but not limited to protocol modification, caregiver training, and assessment and treatment planningRequired Skills/Abilities:Ability to work in person in home and clinic-based settingsFlexibility in scheduling to respond to clinic and client needsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalComputer skills and knowledge of relevant software, including but not limited to Google Workspace and Central ReachAbility to maintain an active BCBA certification through the BACBAbility to pass and maintain a clear background checkAbility to earn and maintain a CPR certification (training provided)Ability to earn and maintain QBS training certification (training provided)Education and Experience:Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related fieldActive BCBA certificationOne or more years of experience working as a BCBA (preferred)One or more years working in the field of ABAPhysical Requirements:This is a very active role, requiring the following physical abilities: ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, spin, crawl, bend to floor, squat, run, climb stairs, reach, grab, push, and pullMust be able to see, feel, hear, and speak
