to achieve our common vision, a world without waste.You can G.R.O.W. with Us by becoming our Safety Trainer - Commercial Driving Instructor (CDL Required)THE ROLEUnder general direction, accountable for planning, coordinating, and directing training for assigned functional area. Regularly requires eliciting results directly from groups of trainees of varying size.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Planning, coordinating, and directing training for assigned functional area.Confers with management to determine training requirements.Formulates training programs and schedules based on identified training needs.Plans, develops and conducts safety and hazardous waste handling training programs.Selects appropriate instructional procedures or methods.Organizes and develops training manuals, reference library, etc.Plans and conducts training events.Provides verbal advice and written direction when needed.Tests trainees to measure progress and evaluate effectiveness of training.Documents compliance and enforcement of federal and state agencies.Provides broad health, safety and environmental compliance services as needed.QUALIFICATIONSAny combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying.
