Director, CVICU:

• Trauma Center & Heart Transplant Program
• Report to the VP of Nursing
• Responsible for providing high quality patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory boards, ensure staffing/hiring, performance evaluations, etc.

Qualifications:

• BSN Degree Required
• Master's or enrolled in Masters' preferred
• 3 or more years progressive leadership experience in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, CVICU, Critical Care/ICU or related unit
• ACLS, BLS, PALS Certified
• Active TX RN License or ability to gain state licensure
