Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable role:

• Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on overdue accounts and create payment plans
• Process and enter payments, apply cash payments
• Create aging reports and balance sheets
• Respond to customer account inquiries, reconcile discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable role:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable will be highly valued
• Advanced Excel skills - pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
