We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Tax Partner to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute their expertise to our thriving finance industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our tax operations, providing innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise, and driving business growth. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the tax department to deliver quality tax services to our clients.
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning for clients in various industries.
- Review complex income tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with the tax law.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks through careful evaluation of company operations and financial status.
- Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to gain their trust and business.
- Lead and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments and partners to drive overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain the company's competitiveness.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's client base and increase revenue.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a tax role.
- Extensive knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns.
- Strong understanding of tax law and statutory regulations.
- Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to align tax strategies with business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex tax information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tax issues.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical practices.
