Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation and process automation, with a deep understanding of electrical engineering. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automation systems to enhance manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct system analysis to identify potential areas for automation and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing needs and develop automation strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of automation systems to ensure they meet quality standards and operational requirements.
- Troubleshoot system failures and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff on the use of automation systems.
- Stay updated with latest technologies, techniques, and industry best practices in industrial automation and incorporate them into our operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the design and implementation of automation systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in industrial automation, process automation, or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, electrical engineering principles, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Proficiency in using automation software and tools.
- PLC programming is highly preferred.
