Salary Range flexible based off years of experience, ideally targeting 70k-100k
TOP RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
- Independently manage priorities and objectives
- Collaborate with PICs and PMs for accurate billing
- Understand contract terms and perform project due diligence
- Generate and review accurate invoices per contract terms
- Monitor project labor and expenses for accuracy
- Process interactive billing tasks and meet invoicing deadlines
- Handle timesheet adjustments and transfers
- Review and adjust preliminary invoices for accuracy
- Manage Additional Service Authorization (ASA) Forms
- Maintain and update ASA Tracking Log
- Setup and update project types in Vision
- Prepare budget worksheets based on proposals
- Maintain accuracy of contract guidelines for billing
- Address financial inquiries from clients, contractors, and staff
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED- PROJECT ACCOUNTANT:
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering industry
- Deltek software experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
