Job Summary: •Assembling and testing prototypes of products. •Assemble test equipment on production line ensuring they are configured according to specifications and required standards. •This role involves working closely with engineers and other team members to bring conceptual designs to life, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the refinement of product prototypes.Job Description: •Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions to build prototypes. •Utilize hand and power tools, soldering equipment, and other assembly tools to construct prototype components and systems. •Assemble, modify, and disassemble prototypes as needed for testing and improvement. •Testing and Evaluation: •Conduct functional tests and inspections on assembled prototypes to identify defects or deviations from design specifications. •Collaborate with engineers to develop and execute test plans to validate the performance and functionality of prototypes. •Document and report any issues, deviations, or improvements needed during the testing phase. •Identify and troubleshoot issues during the assembly and testing process. •Work closely with engineers to propose and implement solutions for design or assembly challenges. •Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, testing results, and any modifications made to prototypes. •Contribute to the creation of assembly and testing documentation for future reference.
