Role: Sr .Net developer with Azure Devops
Location: Local to NJ & MN and can go onsite from day 1
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Location- Minneapolis MN or Hackensack NJ - Hybrid - 3 days in office
Basic QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience with developing and implementing applications and end to end solutions (60-70 % development on .NET & 30% deployment)Min 7-8 years of experience in design and develop feature in the C# .NET applications (Web and Windows)-SSIS/Azure Data Factory/ SSRSMin 3 years of experience on deploying and running applications on Azure Public CloudLeading a team (not direct reporting but definitely mentoring /code reviews/work with multiple teams /coordinate with other teams)Nice to have
Very strong Interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communicationProven track record with IaC, CI/CD/DevOps/DevSecOps, Test Automation, SupportabilityCore toolsets include Terraform, Ansible, Gitlab CI/CD, Jira, Splunk, ADO pipelineApp Stack Exposure - .NET, Docker/K8s. On-prem and/or AZURE.Azure IaaS/PaaS expert experience. Define/create runtime environment, network, storage.Database experience - DML/DDL deployment for Microsoft SQL Server (must have), Cassandra (nice to have)End to end System Solutioning on Cloud for - Resilience, Security, Performance, Availability, ScalabilityFinancial Services domain knowledge is highly desirableResponsibilities
Partner with application teams in their journey to Public CloudKey technical lead and liaison between application teams and enterprise cloud migration initiativeIdentify end to end DevOps solutions, leverage best practices and patternsSelf-starter who can pick up new technologies/skills, be comfortable with ambiguity and drive initiatives forwardRoll up sleeves and get teams over tricky CI/CD challengesUpgrading.NET framework of existing apps, recommend and resolve upgrade issues.Good understanding of SDLC and/or AgileDesign, develop, test and deploy computer programs of high complexity, significance, and risk.
