Worked in Service catalog, ITSM and CMDB module in ServiceNow.Worked in Service Portal Widget and Page designer. Move update set from lower environment to Production environment in change schedule.Drive process improvement initiatives across processes under management. Configure the Response/Resolution SLA for accounts tickets.Develop solutions in Service Now, prepare estimates and Proof of Concept. ServiceNow version upgrades and patches including pre and post upgrade activities. ServiceNow Instances clone including pre and post clone activities.
