Days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:7. We do not guarantee ratios. Careful consideration is given depending on the circumstance Equipment: Tele, Lift equipment, IV pumps, tube feeding pumps EMR: EPIC Unit Information: Number of Beds: 32 Type of Patients on Unit: Med, med tele, respiratory Personality Fit: Determined, decisive, flexible Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Tele, inpatient only Preferred Skillset/Experience: N/A Additional Details Dress Code: Scrub Color: Black Any unacceptable attire: Anything but black scrubs Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
