No Peds, No Hearts, and OB is not listed as a requirement.Avg cases/day: About 5 patients per shiftEMR System: CernerCredentialing Time-Frame: 90 daysHourly - $200-$215Hourly OT - $215-$230 (applies after 40 hours)Nightly Call: $300-$500 per nightWeekend Call: $800-$1,100 per 24-hour shiftCall Back Hourly: $215-$230 (same as OT rate)CRNA, AZ license ACLS, BLS required
